Compact RN Hospice Triage

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours triage support for hospice and home health clients
• Utilize technology for patient documentation and follow client-customized protocols
• Complete required charting and prepare for calls before and after shifts

Required Qualifications and Training

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is strongly preferred
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as ED, surgical services, or critical care
• Must be comfortable using multiple technology applications for documentation
• Must complete three weeks of remote paid training
