Compact RN Hospice Triage

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours nurse triage for hospice and home health clients
• Access electronic medical records and utilize internal applications for patient care documentation
• Complete required charting and shift preparation before and after taking calls

Required Qualifications

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is strongly preferred
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as emergency departments or critical care
• Comfortable using multiple technology applications for documentation
• Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work for any employer
