Compact RN Hospice Triage

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours triage support for hospice and home health clients
• Document patient interactions using electronic medical records and internal applications
• Work a minimum of two evening shifts weekly and every other weekend

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is preferred
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as ED, surgical services, or critical care
• Must be comfortable using multiple technology applications for documentation
• Must complete three weeks of remote paid training
