Compact RN Hospice Triage

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours triage support for hospice and home health patients
• Utilize technology to access EMRs and document patient interactions
• Work part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends, while completing required charting

Required Qualifications

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care preferred
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as emergency departments or critical care
• Ability to manage multiple technology applications and maintain documentation during calls
