Job Summary

Providing essential clinical care and education remotely, the Per Diem RN will support the nursing team by assisting with member care, prescription reviews, and lab orders while maintaining coverage for various nursing tasks on an hourly basis.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care and education asynchronously to members within the RN practice scope
• Assist clinicians with prescription reviews, lab orders, and responding to medical requests from members
• Collaborate with member support and referral specialists to ensure timely completion of clinical forms and referrals

Required qualifications

• Active RN license, with a strong preference for Compact RN License from NLC states
• Clinical experience serving the LGBTQAI+ community
• Dedication to the mission and Informed Consent model of care
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse groups
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for remote work
