Compact RN Licensed Obstetrics Provider

Job Summary

To enhance clinical outcomes for pregnant individuals and newborns, the part-time Compact RN Licensed Obstetrics Provider will provide direct patient care and clinical oversight, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and developing evidence-based care plans during rotating weekday shifts from 11am to 11pm ET.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee medical care for empaneled patients to improve clinical outcomes
• Participate in daily clinical huddles to foster collaboration across the clinical team
• Review complex patient cases and lead the development of evidence-based medical protocols

Required qualifications

• Active compact RN license
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
• Extensive obstetric experience, including care for high-risk patients
• NP or CNM with significant experience in obstetrics and some experience in infant care
• Experience using data to drive patient engagement and outcomes
