Job Summary

Providing high-quality, evidence-based care remotely, the full-time SCA Nurse Advice Line RN will deliver symptom triage and health education to beneficiaries through phone, chat, and video platforms while working as part of a 24/7 Call Center.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide symptom triage and health education for patients of all ages using evidence-based protocols
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and document all interactions in a timely manner in accordance with policy
• Communicate effectively with beneficiaries and collaborate with internal staff to ensure continuity of care

Required qualifications:

• Current active compact RN license in home state
• 3+ years of recent clinical experience with the ability to triage all age groups
• Advanced technical skills, including the ability to use multiple programs and multitask while on call
• Ability to pass security clearance
• Hard wired Internet connection
