Job Summary

As a critical member of the team, the full-time SCA Nurse Advice Line RN will provide high-quality, evidence-based care through symptom triage and health education via phone, chat, and video platforms while working remotely from a compact state.

Key responsibilities

• Provide symptom triage and health education for patients of all ages using evidence-based protocols
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and accurately document all interactions in accordance with policy
• Collaborate with internal staff to ensure continuity of care and support the onboarding of new team members

Required qualifications

• Current active compact RN license in home state
• 3+ years of recent clinical experience with the ability to triage all age groups
• Advanced technical skills, including multitasking and using multiple programs simultaneously
• Ability to pass security clearance
• Hard wired Internet connection
