Job Summary

Providing high-quality, evidence-based care remotely, the full-time SCA Nurse Advice Line RN will deliver symptom triage and health education through phone, chat, and video platforms during evening shifts, while collaborating with beneficiaries and internal staff to guide patients toward appropriate care.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide symptom triage and health education for patients of all ages using evidence-based protocols
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and document all interactions in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with beneficiaries and collaborate with internal staff to ensure continuity of care

Required qualifications:

• Current active compact RN license in home state
• 3+ years of recent clinical experience with the ability to triage all age groups
• Advanced technical skills, including multitasking and using multiple programs simultaneously
• Ability to pass security clearance
• Hard wired Internet connection
