Compact RN Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Supervisor - Alerts (PRN/Float RNs).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow, clinical quality, and operational performance of a remote team of Registered Nurses in a triage environment
• Conduct clinical auditing and provide coaching to ensure timely and accurate triage decisions
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to support escalation pathways and ongoing team development

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN compact license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing RN
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in triage or high-volume environments
• Relevant clinical experience in acute care or chronic disease management
• Experience managing metric-driven performance and productivity
