Compact RN Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing a remote team, the full-time salaried Compact RN Supervisor will oversee Utilization Management Nurses, implement policies and procedures, and coordinate employee training and performance evaluations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the Utilization Management team to ensure completion of programs and processes
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures that meet regulatory and business needs
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training for team members

Required qualifications

• A nursing degree or diploma from an accredited institution; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical role with direct patient care responsibilities
• Experience in Utilization Review Services or Case Management
• Experience mentoring or managing clinical or non-clinical staff
• An active, current, and unrestricted Compact Registered Nurse License
