Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tele-Triage Registered Nurse (RN).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned phone lines during service hours to ensure timely response for caller needs
• Triage all symptom-based calls and provide recommendations according to approved triage protocols
• Develop and update care plans while coordinating services with acute care settings and pharmacies

Required Qualifications

• Degree/certification from an accredited school of nursing
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with a compact state RN license
• Clinical experience with individuals having intellectual and developmental disabilities or related disorders
• One year of Home Health nursing experience preferred
