Compact RN Tele-Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tele-Triage Registered Nurse (RN).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned phone lines to ensure timely response for caller needs
• Triage symptom-based calls and provide recommendations according to approved protocols
• Develop and update care plans, assess health status, and communicate with beneficiaries through various channels

Required Qualifications

• Degree/certification from an accredited school of nursing
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with a compact state license
• Clinical experience in providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or related disorders
• One year of Home Health nursing experience preferred
