Compact RN Tele-Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tele-Triage Registered Nurse - RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned phone lines and triage symptom-based calls according to approved protocols
• Develop and update nursing care plans, coordinating with operations and pharmacies as needed
• Document care recommendations and maintain compliance with state/local/payer requirements

Required Qualifications

• Degree/certification from an accredited school of nursing
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice with a compact state RN license
• Clinical experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or related disorders
• Two years of Home Health nursing experience
