Compact RN Tele-Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tele-Triage Registered Nurse - RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned phone lines during service hours to ensure timely response for caller needs
• Triage all symptom-based calls and document care-related recommendations in real time
• Develop and update care plans, assess health status, and coordinate services with acute care settings

Required Qualifications

• Degree/certification from an accredited school of nursing
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice with a compact state RN license
• Clinical experience in providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or related disorders
• Two years of Home Health nursing experience
