Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote medical case management services to injured individuals
• Coordinate and assess medical services, exploring vocational options for injured workers
• Collaborate with all parties involved in the claim, including injured individuals, employers, and medical providers

Required Qualifications

• Compact RN license required
• CA, NY, and IL RN licenses required
• CCM certification strongly preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) strongly preferred
• Must adhere to standards of practice set by relevant certifying bodies
