Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with treating physicians/providers to develop and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals
  • Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
  • Independently manage workload, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for customers
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with workers' compensation-related experience preferred
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing required
  • URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC) required
  • Reliable internet access is required
