Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with treating physicians/providers to create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess the recovery of disabled persons and modify case goals based on their improvement
- Manage a caseload independently, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for customers
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC)
- Reliable internet access is required
