Job Summary

To assist injured workers in receiving timely and appropriate medical care, the full-time Compact RN Telephonic Case Manager will manage assessments, care coordination, and communication with medical providers and employers in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing evaluations to determine patient needs and coordinate care plans
  • Communicate with medical providers, employers, and injured workers to facilitate treatment and return-to-work processes
  • Monitor and modify care plans based on patient progress and needs, ensuring effective communication among all parties involved
Required qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience as an RN outside of school
  • Valid Compact RN license in good standing with no restrictions
  • Experience in Case Management; Workers' Compensation experience preferred but not required
  • High comfort level with computers and software programs (MS Word, MS Excel, Email)
