Compact RN Telephonic Case Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Compact RN Telephonic Case Manager will manage treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals, collaborating with healthcare providers and employers to facilitate recovery and return to work.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess and interview clients to evaluate recovery progress and determine treatment needs
• Collaborate with physicians and employers to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and providing status updates as needed

Required qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC)
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
• 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation
• Knowledge of computer applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
