Compact RN Telephonic Case Manager

Job Summary

Providing remote medical case management services, the full-time Compact RN Telephonic Case Manager will assist injured individuals in their recovery and coordinate medical services while working Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain or Pacific Time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of injured clients, coordinating their medical care and vocational options
• Collaborate with claim examiners, employers, attorneys, and medical providers to facilitate recovery and return to work
• Conduct frequent assessments of medical services and ensure compliance with case management standards

Required qualifications

• Unrestricted Compact RN license required
• Additional RN licensure in CA, NY, NV, and/or OR preferred
• CCM certification preferred, to be obtained within 2 years of hire
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
• Experience in worker's compensation case management or ICU/ER will be considered
