Compact RN Telephonic Case Manager

Job Summary

Providing remote medical case management services, the full-time salaried Compact RN Telephonic Case Manager will assist injured individuals in their recovery, ensuring coordinated medical services and exploring vocational options while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of injured clients, coordinating their medical services and recovery plans
• Collaborate with claim examiners, employers, attorneys, and medical providers to facilitate the return to work process
• Assess and evaluate vocational options for injured workers to secure pre-injury or alternative employment

Required qualifications

• Unencumbered compact RN license required
• Additional unencumbered CA RN license preferred
• CCM certification strongly preferred
• Current, unrestricted professional licenses or certifications to practice in a state or territory of the United States
• Adherence to standards of practice outlined by national certifying bodies or jurisdictionally accepted standards
