Compact RN Telephonic Case Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing case management team, the full-time Compact RN Telephonic Case Manager will assess, plan, implement, and coordinate medical care for injured workers remotely, ensuring they receive appropriate and cost-effective treatment while facilitating their return to work.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with medical providers, employers, and injured workers to coordinate care
• Perform nursing evaluations and review medical correspondence to determine patient needs
• Implement and monitor comprehensive care plans while coordinating information among all parties involved

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• 3-5 years of clinical experience as an RN outside of school
• Valid Compact RN license in good standing with no restrictions
• Will be required to obtain a CA RN license within 90 days (reimbursed)
• Experience in case management or workers' compensation preferred but not required
