Compact RN Triage Clinician

Job Summary

Providing remote triage services, the full-time Compact RN Triage Clinician will assess and recommend care for injured workers while adhering to state Worker Compensation regulations, working a Tuesday through Saturday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CST.

Key responsibilities:

• Make safe decisions for appropriate care using critical thinking skills
• Utilize departmental evidence-based protocols to triage patients
• Build and maintain solid interdependent relationships within the team

Required qualifications:

• Unencumbered RN License in state of residence required, compact state strongly preferred
• Minimum of three years' recent RN experience in Telephone Triage, ER, Urgent Care, Medical Surgical Unit, or Occupational Medicine
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Ability to function independently and learn in a virtual work environment
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
