Key Responsibilities

Deliver telehealth visits, including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development
Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services and support operations for digital services
Develop regional strategies for growth and implementation of digital health services

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant License
Minimum of two years of outpatient or digital clinical experience
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Experience providing Digital Health Services preferred
Willingness to obtain PTA licensure in other states
