Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nursing Supervisor for a Nursing Call Center in the EST zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage clinical care for home infusion patients and oversee patient assessments and care planning
• Supervise and evaluate the effectiveness of patient care provided by call center nurses
• Develop and implement continuing education and orientation programs for staff

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current state license and 1 year of supervisory experience or 3 years of relevant nursing experience
• Must reside in a Compact state with an active corresponding license
• Certification in CPR is required
• Membership in a state or national professional organization
• Experience with local, state, federal regulations and customer service standards
