Job Summary

Compact State Licensed Physical Therapist provides digital health services in a PRN remote position, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, while collaborating with in-clinic providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth visits, including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development
• Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services and support operations for digital services
• Develop regional strategies for growth and implementation of digital health services

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist License
• Minimum of two years of outpatient or digital clinical experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Experience providing Digital Health Services preferred
• Compact state or Compact PT License-eligible
