Job Summary

To support the delivery of digital health services, the full-time remote Digital Health Specialist will provide telehealth visits, perform wheelchair evaluations, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with in-clinic providers.

Key responsibilities

• Utilizes a digital platform to conduct telehealth visits, including evaluations and treatment plan development
• Performs wheelchair evaluations and remote therapeutic monitoring services for patients
• Collaborates with the primary treating clinician to ensure effective communication and treatment adjustments

Required qualifications

• Compact State Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure
• Minimum of two years of outpatient or digital clinical experience
• Experience with Telehealth and wheelchair evaluations
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience providing Digital Health Services preferred
