Compact State Licensed Physical Therapist

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Compact State Licensed Physical Therapist will provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, while developing personalized care plans and collaborating with in-clinic providers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses
• Utilize digital platforms to conduct telehealth visits, including evaluations and treatment plan development
• Support operations by communicating with primary treating clinicians and participating in program development and marketing efforts

Required qualifications

• Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
• Current Physical Therapy state license or in the process of obtaining one
• Experience in digital health or telehealth preferred
• Commitment to providing exceptional quality of care
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed
