Compact State Licensed Physical Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing digital health initiative, the full-time Compact State Licensed Physical Therapist will provide virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring while working three days onsite and two days remotely, developing personalized care plans and collaborating with in-clinic providers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population
• Utilize digital platforms for telehealth visits, including evaluations and treatment plan development
• Collaborate with treating clinicians and support operations to enhance remote services

Required qualifications

• Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
• Active Physical Therapy state license or in process
• Experience in digital/telehealth services preferred
• Commitment to providing exceptional quality of care
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed
