Compact State Licensed Physical Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing digital health initiative, the full-time Compact State Licensed Physical Therapist will provide virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring while working three days onsite and two days remotely, developing personalized care plans and measuring patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population
• Utilize digital platforms to conduct telehealth visits and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with in-clinic providers to optimize and expand remote services

Required qualifications

• Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
• Active Physical Therapy state license or in the process of obtaining one
• Experience in digital health or telehealth services preferred
• Commitment to providing exceptional quality of care
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed
