Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compact State Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (Care Navigator) - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote monitoring services to support patients in their home-exercise therapy program
• Direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise and functional training through a technology platform
• Maintain records and provide feedback on patient progress to the evaluating clinician

Required Qualifications

• Active compact state PTA license
• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
• 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple platforms
• Experience in behavioral modification; Health Coach Certification is a plus
