Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Navigator to provide patient support and improve care delivery in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively call and follow up with patients to guide them through their healthcare journey
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify patient needs and improve workflows
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active compact state RN license
• Located in Pacific or Central Time Zone and available for full-time hours
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with 2 years in remote nursing
• Certifications in radiology-related and/or oncology-related nursing
• Experience working cross-functionally within healthcare teams
