Compact State Licensed RN Triage

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Remote Compact State Licensed RN Triage, the position involves conducting comprehensive patient assessments, providing clinical guidance, and coordinating care through digital communication platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and triage using evidence-based protocols
• Respond to patient concerns via telephone and secure messaging platforms
• Coordinate care across providers and document assessments accurately within electronic medical records

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in a compact licensure state
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ambulatory care, outpatient clinic, or primary care nursing
• Prior RN triage experience in an ambulatory or outpatient setting preferred
• Experience with electronic medical records systems such as Epic or Cerner
• Ability to work independently while following established clinical protocols
