A company is looking for a NICU Case Manager RN Remote from a Compact State.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve health outcomes by providing consumer-centric care and conducting assessments on high-risk infants
• Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to establish coordinated treatment plans and ensure continuity of care
• Document assessments and interventions, track health status, and assess the effectiveness of services provided

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted Compact RN license in home state
• Case Management Certification (CCM) within specified timeframes based on experience
• 3+ years of clinical experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
• Proficiency in software including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
