Compact State RN Call Center Nurse

Job Summary

Working remotely from a MST or PST Compact State, the part-time RN Call Center Nurse will conduct telephonic assessments for obstetric patients, manage care coordination, and handle inbound and outbound calls while adhering to company policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic assessments for obstetric patients, focusing on conditions such as nausea, vomiting, hypertension, and diabetes
• Coordinate care with healthcare professionals and ensure compliance with treatment plans and regulations
• Document clinical records accurately and in a timely manner while providing patient education and support

Required qualifications

• Active, Unrestricted Compact State RN License within Residential State
• 3+ years of obstetrical experience
• Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and navigating a Windows environment
• Designated and distraction-free workplace at home with DSL high-speed Internet
