Compensation Accounting Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Accounting Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own US GAAP obligations including month end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting requirements
• Prepare journal entries and process payroll payments for multiple locations
• Support financial statement analysis, audits, and SOX testing

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in public accounting or fast-growing company
• Deep understanding of payroll and benefits accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and exposure to ERP systems
