Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and draft individual performance incentive plans for assigned regions
- Manage the e-signature process for plans and maintain tracking sheets in the HRIS
- Respond to compensation-related inquiries from managers and assist with process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum two years of experience in sales compensation or finance
- Intermediate knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably UltiPro
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
