Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and draft individual performance incentive plans for assigned regions
  • Manage the e-signature process for plans and maintain tracking sheets in the HRIS
  • Respond to compensation-related inquiries from managers and assist with process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum two years of experience in sales compensation or finance
  • Intermediate knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably UltiPro
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
