Seeking experienced compensation professionals, the part-time Compensation AI Evaluation Specialist will review AI-generated outputs, assess their accuracy and relevance, and provide actionable feedback to enhance AI performance in compensation and rewards applications, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI-generated analyses and compensation-related outputs for accuracy and relevance
• Identify errors and areas for improvement, providing clear, actionable feedback
• Collaborate with project leads to refine evaluation methodologies and document findings

Required qualifications

• Based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in compensation
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, including market pricing and salary structures
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to provide objective feedback
• Comfortable learning new software and technology tools
