Key Responsibilities

• Support the administration of direct compensation programs and facilitate job description development with HR partners
• Participate in salary surveys and ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in compensation analysis or human resources is preferred
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
