Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help create and manage salary structures
  • Identify areas of improvement in all business processes involving compensation and implement changes
  • Participate in compensation surveys and become the go-to person for all compensation matters

Required Qualifications:
  • Two years of experience as a compensation consultant for a major compensation consulting firm
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience with compensation analysis
  • Superb critical thinking skills
  • Capability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive data
  • Ability to prioritize work in an unstructured environment
