Provide compensation guidance to Management and HR Business Partners
Evaluate internal jobs and conduct market analysis for pay practices
Maintain compliance with state and federal wage requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Human Resources
1-3 years of experience in compensation or financial analysis
CCP Preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel
Knowledge of compensation practices and trends
