Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide compensation guidance to Management and HR Business Partners
  • Evaluate internal jobs and conduct market analysis for pay practices
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal wage requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Human Resources
  • 1-3 years of experience in compensation or financial analysis
  • CCP Preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of compensation practices and trends
