Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage compensation projects and serve as a resource for management and staff on pay-related issues
  • Develop and administer incentive plans and maintain Pay Grade Plan guidelines
  • Analyze compensation projects, resolve issues, and train management and staff on compensation plans
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-6 years of compensation experience, including market pricing and writing job descriptions
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • HRIS and database experience preferred
