Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage compensation projects and serve as a resource for management and staff on pay-related issues
Develop and administer incentive plans and maintain Pay Grade Plan guidelines
Analyze compensation projects, resolve issues, and train management and staff on compensation plans

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-6 years of compensation experience, including market pricing and writing job descriptions
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Proficiency in MS Office applications
HRIS and database experience preferred
