Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analyses to ensure equitable compensation structures
  • Maintain and optimize compensation programs, including salary bands and incentive plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align compensation strategies with organizational goals


Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in compensation or technical HR operations roles
  • Familiarity with global employee compensation practices and compliance
  • Experience with systems such as Workday Advanced Compensation is a plus
  • Ability to analyze internal pay practices and recommend adjustments
  • Experience supporting M&A processes is a nice to have
