Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct benchmarking and market analyses to ensure equitable compensation structures
- Maintain and optimize compensation programs, including salary bands and incentive plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align compensation strategies with organizational goals
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in compensation or technical HR operations roles
- Familiarity with global employee compensation practices and compliance
- Experience with systems such as Workday Advanced Compensation is a plus
- Ability to analyze internal pay practices and recommend adjustments
- Experience supporting M&A processes is a nice to have
