Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst II to support the administration of compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Participates in salary surveys and prepares ad hoc analysis for compensation programs
- Evaluates salary data, conducts job pricing, and recommends base salary changes
- Acts as an internal consultant on compensation programs and ensures compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or Mathematics preferred
- Three or more years of experience in compensation required
- Experience with Workday HCM and Compensation modules preferred
- Working towards Compensation (CCP) and/or Global Remuneration (GRP) certification
- Comprehensive knowledge of legal issues regarding compensation required
