- Design and administer short-term variable pay programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or accounting preferred
- 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced knowledge of compensation practices and FLSA regulations
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Workday or other human capital management technology solutions preferred
