Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts job evaluations and comparative analyses of new roles against existing positions
  • Creates standardized job descriptions and manages the survey submission process for compensation data
  • Assists in the annual compensation cycle and audits incentive data for accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • University Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
  • Three to five years of HR experience focused on compensation and/or benefits
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of HRIS and compensation tools
  • Understanding of compensation topics such as market pricing and job evaluation
  • Professional accreditation in HR or compensation preferred
