Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Process monthly and semi-monthly payroll cycles for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with tax regulations
  • Administer multiple sales compensation plans and calculate commissions in partnership with revenue operations
  • Monitor bank accounts for payroll funding and manage employee compensation information across various systems
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of payroll experience for 400+ employees
  • 4+ years of sales compensation experience for 200+ employees
  • Proficiency in Excel and G Suite
  • Experience with sales compensation software, specifically CaptivateIQ
  • Experience working with global software companies in multiple currencies
