  • Conduct market pricing and ensure FLSA compliance through audits and analysis
  • Provide internal equity analysis and salary recommendations for new positions and retention situations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in data analysis and market pricing
  • Knowledge of HR and compensation laws and regulations
  • Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and visualization
  • Workday and Mercer Job Library experience preferred
