Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their manufacturing team in a remote long-term contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the Short-Term Incentive Plan, including report generation and data validation
- Support the Sales Incentive Plan by coordinating plan specifics and payment dates
- Conduct data analysis and validation for compensation committee and internal audit needs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation analysis and administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Demonstrated knowledge of short-term incentive and sales incentive plans
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles
- Experience conducting market research and participating in compensation surveys
